  • Do customers upload their own images to listings?
    Listings automatically pull product images and descriptions from your shop, but you can allow customers to upload their own images, too. For example, if the condition is anything less than "very good", you can ask for images to show any imperfections.

  • Do I need to create the emails myself?
    Continue creates the flows and generic emails for you. All you need to do is approve them and set them live!

  • When do customers get prompted to list?
    You decide when you want to prompt your customers to list their old items. That might be after 6 months of ownership, a year, or whenever you like.
